Welcome to PB&G Ice Cream Co., a locally owned and owner-operated ice cream shop in the heart of Eagle, Idaho. We make our ice cream in small batches using thoughtful recipes, recognizable ingredients, and plenty of care. With local, hormone-free dairy and local fruit whenever possible, PB&G is a neighborhood shop made for the people who call Eagle home.

Made from scratch, every day

We believe ice cream should be made with ingredients you recognize and recipes that let those ingredients shine. We never use artificial flavors, colors, or dyes, and we make as much as possible ourselves in our shop. From house-made streusel in our Peach Streusel Ice Cream to the shortbread baked for our Lemon Shortbread Custard, our handmade approach goes into the details that make each flavor special.
