At PB&G, we're keeping things simple: good ingredients, handmade flavors, small batches, and a lot of care. We're proud to be a family-owned ice cream shop in Eagle, making the kind of ice cream we want to share with our own family and neighbors. No artificial flavors, colors, or dyes — just thoughtful recipes, quality ingredients, and ice cream made by people who care about what goes into every batch.
Local at heart
PB&G was created for Eagle and inspired by the community around us. We use local dairy and fruit whenever possible, make many of our own mix-ins, and keep our focus on doing simple things exceptionally well. We're not trying to make the most complicated ice cream in town. We're here to make familiar, craveable flavors with really good ingredients — and to be the neighborhood shop where Eagle comes for a scoop.
Something for everyone
Dairy-free and vegan options are a core part of what PB&G offers, not a footnote — and guests love them for it. The mango dairy-free has earned some of the most enthusiastic praise in the shop.
